Eating Well Doesn’t Have To Be Terrible

Chad started the Auto Immune Protocol Monday. Here is a glimpse of his food thus far.

I understand that when we talk about tracking our food that can be overwhelming at first. It can seem too tough, too time-consuming, too regimented. But when you commit to it and see the results it can yield it all becomes worth it.

This Protocol was the same way for us. At first, it seemed daunting, restrictive, overwhelming but when we committed… no matter what, things became manageable.

Deciding to start the most comprehensive/ strict diet the week we had to put Daralee down was far from ideal but it just goes to show we can rally when we have to.

Chad has more grit than anyone I know and is owning this no coffee thing like a boss! We’ve been married almost 20 years and I’ve never seen a day go by he hasn’t had a full cup.

Here is to 30 of them!!!

So my ask to you is focused on your health and creating these new habits with the same grit and determination that Chad is channeling this month. We are all in this together.
