What lights you up and energizes you?

 

MORE ENERGY… this is one of the top three things most clients come to us looking for! ⁣

So why not be intentional and stop and think about what it is that gives you energy. ⁣

Of course, from a nutritional perspective, eating enough food. Eating the right kind of foods and sometimes the timing of food. Let’s set aside the foundation. ⁣

What activities are you excited about. When you dive into them, although it takes work or energy you’re more energized when you’re done!! These are the things in life we need to be doing more of! ⁣

For me, it’s creating content for you guys knowing that you will benefit and it will make your life better! ⁣

A Saturday afternoon workout with The Chad! I feel so excited to tackle the rest of the day after a good sweat session! ⁣

Doing my Physical Therapy. Although it can be time-consuming and hard I feel so jazzed when I’m done with it! Making my body durable and strong gives me joy! ⁣

Sharing truth with those who are humble enough to hear it and yearning to learn!! Now that lights me up!⁣
