Tip Tuesday – Make a Meal Plan

Easy Meal Planning & Weekly Food Prep Tips:

Make a Meal Plan

It sounds obvious, but so many don’t do it!

  • Sit down and think about your week.
  • How many meals do you need to make?
  • Have more dinner plans with friends than usual this week?
  • Maybe you’ll want to prep more snacks or try out a new lunch recipe.
  • Make a list of all the meals you don’t have commitments for and decide what to make from there.
  • Be sure to enter in and look at the macros from the beginning before cooking something that throws everyday off.

Once you make time in your day and in your week to make a designated plan for what you’re going to eat you will have so much less stress!

You won’t need to worry about what you’re going to feed your family or yourself because you have it planned.

No stress about macros because you know exactly what your day looks like.

IT IS AS SIMPLE AS THAT:

    • Designate time for yourself whenever is convenient for you and your life. Monday morning with a cup of coffee, Sunday night after dinner. Whenever works for you.
    • Enlist your family’s help, what would they like to see on the menu for the week?
    • Are there any recipes that you’ve seen in your weekly newsletter that you were meaning to try?
