Each week we share a journal prompt that we ask our clients to reflect on. 

Why is journaling so beneficial? 

  • It Reduces Stress
  • Improves Immune Function
  • Keeps Memory Sharp
  • Boosts Mood
  • Strengthens Emotional Resilience.

Allow yourself time this week to reflect and journal on the prompt below.  

 

This week we are focusing on the benefits of healthy habits 

Write down 3 habits that are currently not serving you well long term.  

Now brainstorm and write down 3 new habits that align with your life’s purpose and would help you reach your goals.  Create an intention for each one. 

And Intention looks like this…

I will (behavior) at (time) in (location).

 

For example: 

I will meditate for five minutes every day at 12:45 at my desk  

I will exercise for 30 minutes on Monday, Wednesday & Friday as soon as I get home from work. 

I will prioritize my health by eating 120 g of protein daily and I will do that by tracking my protein intake. 

I will focus on consuming more omega-3‘s by taking a fish oil supplement daily before I go to bed. 

Now…What do you have to do to make these rituals?

You have to do them over and over and over again! And then soon it’s a habit that you don’t even have to think about!

That’s what we want! Setting our life up for success with simple Healthy Habits!
