Our bodies love consistency! If you can set intake to factor in your weekly workouts and your daily NEAT and then be consistent day in and day out you will stabilize energy, output, and feel like a rockstar in and out of the gym! If you need help knowing what that should be, reach out.
I keep things consistent day in and day out. I average 2200 calories every single day whether I workout or not. It keeps me fueled and energized and feeling great! On a weekly average it’s just under what I need for calories.

Keep it simple. Be consistent. Fuel your body.
