Sound off Saturday is all about letting our clients speak for themselves.

This week we hear from a client who works with Summit Health for both the Nutrition and Fitness!  The results have been phenomenal.  She’s committed to 3 workouts a week at home and a structured nutrition plan and in less than a month these have been some of the awesome results!

We will discuss next week why resting heart rate is important and how it is a real indicator of health!

For now are are going to celebrate this amazing client and the work that she is putting in day in and day out for optimal health!
