Welcome Ashley to the Summit Team!

Hello!  I’m Ashley. 

 

I have been a fitness and nutrition lover since I was a teenager.  In fact, I majored in Physical Therapy in college because I wanted to consistently be around health and fitness.  After 10 years in the therapy industry, I had my daughter and decided to be a stay at home mom.  During the time I was home with her, I came to realize that I wanted to focus more on fitness and nutrition, and less on rehabilitation. I love the experience I gained working in the therapy field, but I am excited to be focused on helping people improve their health, before they begin to have serious issues.  I have been coaching fitness and helping athletes develop healthy habits and mindset for about 7 years now.  I love helping people discover that they are stronger than they thought they were and that they are capable of things they haven’t even discovered yet.  

 

My favorite things are cooking, working out in my garage gym, learning, especially about fitness and nutrition, setting goals and spending time with my family.  My family is my heart and soul!  I LOVE being a GIRL mom.  I look forward to raising a STRONG woman both physically and mentally.  

 

My hope is to continue to help others navigate their way in the very confusing world of nutrition and fitness.
