The day you plant the seed is not the day you’ll eat the fruit

Good things take time.

 

In the same way that we talked about earlier this week we all need to be patient.  We need to plant those small seeds that will lead eventually to big change!

 

Each time you do that workout. Every time you get up from your desk and take that 5 minute walk. Every time you walk by that candy jar and don’t grab a handful.  Every time you reach for those extra veggies and lean into a little more lean protein. You are putting “money in the bank!” or Health in your Life!  The little things matter!
