If I have to eat another piece of dry chicken, I am going to throw this fork at someones face!

 

I get it. Chicken is so great! Its lean, high protein and goes with anything!

However don’t burn yourself out on it!  Find ways to season it, sauce it up and make it enjoyable!

I slightly undercook my meal prep protein so when we re-heat it is perfectly cooked and not dry.

I love mustard, primal kitchen buffalo sauce or homemade greek yogurt ranch dressing to sauce it up too.

Also, sometimes I’ll cook 2/3 chicken breast’s and then 1/3 chicken thigh’s so that the dark meat helps balance out the more lean breast meat.
