Do your Habits reflect your Goal for Great Health?  

  

Each week we share a journal prompt that we ask our clients to reflect on.  Why is journaling so beneficial? 

  • It Reduces Stress
  • Improves Immune Function
  • Keeps Memory Sharp
  • Boosts Mood
  • Strengthens Emotional Resilience.

Allow yourself time this week to reflect and journal on the prompt below.  

This week we are focusing on the benefits of Habits.

If your Habits are not serving you…Reflect on why not.

 

Write down 3 new habits you would like to create in order of importance? 

    • Now create a plan of action starting with your first habit 
      • How are you going to make this a ritual or daily routine? 
      • Put this plan into place and focus on it for the first week 
      • If you conquer this habit and stay consistent for at least 7 days then you’re ready to move on.

 

    • Create a plan of action for Habit 2 – Don’t Drop Habit 1 we are going to Habit Stack and now add in Habit #2  
      • Follow the same step as Habit #1 – When you have 7 full days of both Habits in place now add Habit #3. That’s it!

 

    • Stick with all 3 for 21 days straight and you should be set to Jet!!!  Keep the ball rolling. Go for 90 days. If your still crushing it then start with another 3 in the next quarter!
