Do You Wake Up Feeling Rested and Ready to Conquer the Day?

Each week we share a journal prompt that we ask our clients to reflect on.  Why is journaling so beneficial?

Allow yourself time this week to reflect and journal on the prompt below.  

This week we are focusing on the benefits of sleep.

If you are not waking up rested and ready to conquer the day…Let’s reflect on why not.

 

  • What can I do to make my rest more restorative? 
  • Do I have a sleep routine? 
  • How can I incorporate one?  
  • How many hours of sleep do I average?  

 

7 hours or less is technically sleep deprived. Can you make some adjustments to prioritize sleep over these next two weeks and reflect on how you feel. You will probably find that you feel more clear mentally, more driven and more physically durable than you did on less sleep.
