Protein Oats

Combine oats, water/milk, collagen/protein powder, and chia seeds in a bowl and stir to combine. Microwave (or heat on the stovetop 😉)for 1 minute; remove from microwave, stir, and place back in the microwave for another 45-60 seconds, or until oats reach the desired consistency. Next, add your toppings: banana slices, almond butter, and some cinnamon!

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup Quaker 3-minute Steel Cut Oats

3/4 cup water or unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop Collagen or 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 small banana sliced

1-2 Tbsp creamy almond butter of choice

Cinnamon to taste

Optional toppings:

Chopped walnuts

Pumpkin seeds

Hemp seeds
