Are you consistent with exercise but not seeing results?

I was so consistent with the gym for over a year. Only after I started to focus on my nutrition did I begin to really see changes.  JH 

 

Consistency is key with anything and we see this all the time.  People will make big changes and commit to the gym consistently. Often in the beginning they will see changes but after some time things plateau and they struggle to take things to the next level. “Jackie” was one of these people.  She was super consistent. However it was not until she began to not only understand, but really focus on the nutrition side of things that she saw substantial physical changes!
