Do you feel like you have to give up the things that you love in order to lose weight?
It is not to say that you won’t have to make sacrifices or that it will be easy however you CAN lose weight eating the foods you enjoy! You don’t have to change everything or eat differently from your family however you do have to learn what a portion is and there has to be some give and take.
