What is Summit Health?

Summit Health is a health and fitness company that provides personalized nutrition or fitness programs for each client based on their individual needs and goals.

There are some exceptions but for the most part we ask that our clients focus on tracking macronutrients…yes, weighing and measuring food and logging it in My Fitness Pal for each meal and snack.

We follow up with Weekly check-ins via email or In-person or Skype check-in’s every 10-14 days.

These check in’s provide accountability and education as our coaches come to know you and what you specifically need to be successful.

We focus on a realistic periodized approach.  If your not committed to doing this the right way which may take a little more patience and persistence then we are not the fit for you. This means that based off your diet history and current habits, as well as your goals, your coach may not start you off on a ‘cut’ or calorie deficit. There may be a need to spend time at maintenance calories, or even a calorie surplus, before you and your body are ready to diet. We will not focus on aesthetics until your health is in check.  This is not a quick fix it is a life changing commitment.

Our goal is to look at all areas of health.  That includes mindset, movement, nutrition, digestion, fitness, recovery, sleep, stress, hunger, hormone + menstrual health, and overall lifestyle habits.

We know that life happens and we are here to help you to find balance.

We take a “progress not perfection” approach with a focus on personal development. We take the time and make the effort to make sure our clients are changing their habits in a sustainable way.

This will truly serve you best in the end by helping you to listen to your body and live with focused intuition when it comes to food and fitness.

We focus on creating a life where delicious veggies, high quality meats, fresh fruit and healthy fats are a regular part of our daily nutrition.

There is no restriction.

You can have alcohol, you can have pizza, you can have doughnuts.
