journal what you did well yesterday.  What went well.  Did you live up to the standards you have for yourself?  Where did you fall short and what can you do better next time a similar situation comes up.

Who am I and what does today look like?

Who do you want to be along with who are you.  Write these statements as they are facts.  I am loyal and kind.  Not…I wish to be loyal and kind. What do you want today to look like. How will you respond to today’s events and tasks?

 

I challenge you to take on this journal practice for the next 3 days!  Anyone can do anything for 3 days.  Just give it a go and share with us your thoughts.  I think you just may find a little self reflection time will give you the much needed energy, peace of mind and drive that you have been reaching for!
