I’m disappointed when I see people fill their day with “protein” that could be better sourced.

Don’t get me wrong! These “convenience” foods have their place and that’s in a pinch or a pickle. There is just downright better options on the regular Ya’ll! See the images below to see side by side comparisons of quick fixes and whole food proteins.

Eat your protein!
Eat whole real foods when possible.
