This photo was taken in Mozambique Africa. This was one of the most memorable trips we have ever had the privilege to take.
The journey that it took for us to get there was very long and there was a lot of hurdles that had to be overcome to make it happen!
The mindset shift the Chad and I both had to make to open ourselves up to this privilege was huge! We had to over come so many mental barriers to even apply to go.
Why am I telling you this?
𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁!

This week we are going to deep dive into men’s health and hormones.
I know that looking at and making some of these changes can feel overwhelming or complicated but the fact is, it is up to you to decide how you spend your time each day.
