I challenge you – For a Week and mark down and track every singe meal or snack you eat out.
Whether it’s a drive-through coffee at Starbucks. A breakfast sandwich at Kwik trip. Or an ice cream cone from DQ. Write it down and track how many calories each and every meal or snack is! But most people don’t realize how many calories they’re consuming when eating out. The best place to start is to simply be a conscious consumer!
