I went from a 10 minute mile to a 9:15 to an 8:10.

I went from a 10 minute mile to a 9:15 to an 8:10.  I feel amazing and can not believe how much my performance has improved! JS

 

This female athlete noticed such a huge improvement in performance she was over the moon. She felt like running had never been her strength and was actually something she dreaded and was focusing on the right macro nutrients and being able to lose weight and a healthy manner she saw herself excel at it!!! The confidence and joy that gave her was so neat to see!!  

 

Weight loss is about so much more than just that! Doing all the things better makes the hard work worth it!! Keep it up lady!!
