“I no longer dread weight gain from the weekends.”

Sound off Saturday is all about letting our clients speak for themselves.  This highlight is from a client who used to really struggle with her weekends.  She could never figure out a balance that continued to move her towards her goals.  By working with Summit Health and having a personal coach she has created new sustainable habits for her weekend routine.

“ I used to be so on point or restrictive during the week and it would push me to “fall off the wagon” on the weekends and in turn gain back the 2-3 pounds I had lost during the week.  Through working with a coach I have learned that I need to be more committed to the long haul and changing habits for good instead of being driven by quick speedy results that are not sustainable!  Thank you for sticking with me and helping me to find some balance. It is not to say that I’m perfect but I have found so much more balance than I had before!  The extreme ups and down have smoothed out.”
