If you have followed us for long you know that we create CUSTOM nutrition plans for each of our clients. There is no one size fits all approach. What each client comes to us needing to address is very different.
Some need to stop the binge / restrict cycle.
Some need to learn to eat more without dread or fear.
Some need to learn to listen to fullness cues and learn to be more mindful when eating.
There is no right or wrong plan or path. We simply have to find what is right for them.
Try to let go of comparing yourself to others. Your needs are not theirs so your results will not be the same either. I know that’s not easy but the more you practice that mental outlook the easier it will be.
