5 Signs Progress is Happening!

  1. You are energized all day
  2. You’re feeling stronger and have more stamina in the gym
  3. You’re sleeping better
  4. You’re not restricting and binging the way you have in the past
  5. You feel more balance and joy 

 

You will notice not one mention of the scale here.  The scale can be a data point. However so many measure their progress solely on that number and that is a slippery slope! 

 

Every week that we check in with clients we look at the whole body and all its processes. We look at wins and struggles.  These things are what truly matter when it comes to progress.  Let’s say that the number on the scale is dropping but workouts are feeling terrible, your sleep is a wreck and your mindset is tanking.  That is NOT where we want to be no matter that number on the scale. The more we did into these things being in balance the more we will see the progress we desire in due time.
