Sometimes we have experienced the pain or discomfort for so long it just becomes a part of who we are. 

 

The other thing that has a tendency to happen is athletes feel like pain it’s just part of the game. It does not have to be! But you do have to take responsibility and do some foundational work to move away from it.  

 

There’s so many simple things that we can do to help you live a full active pain-free life. We have a 9 point assessment we can put you through to identify the big triggers and full 15 point assessment if things don’t manifest in the initial evaluation.
