How much do you spend each month on Health Insurance? $500+ dollars? For an average couple that’s probably correct. I am assuming that you are for the most part healthy. That you do not consistently need that health insurance aside from maybe yearly physical. Am I right. And yet every month you spend $500 as insurance if you were to need care. And yet I hear people say “it is just too expensive to have a nutrition coach”, “it is too expensive to eat well”, “it is too expensive to belong to a crossfit gym.” I understand we all have to be mindful of our budgets however I ask that you rethink how you prioritize your funds and your thinking when it comes to wellness.
Buy the veggies, get the uncured, free range, grass fed meat, grab it organic if you can. Choose the products with less ingredients. The little micro choices will positively impact your bottom line and your overall health for the better. Now don’t get me wrong, let’s shop a deal! I get almost all of my groceries at Aldi. I buy mostly organic and very little processed food.
INVEST IN YOUR HEALTH the same way you invest in quality shoes, or a quality vehicle or nice home. By prioritizing your health and wellness you can not only prevent sickness, but you can even rid yourself of so many lifestyle diseases that plague many today.
