For example: I will take my vitamins when I brush my teeth. Well, is that in the morning or evening? Is it before or after you brush your teeth? We need to get specific. Set a very detailed trigger. When I shut my medicine cabinet door after brushing my teeth I will go to the kitchen and take my vitamins. Thatโs it! Every-time that trigger happens you will want to head to the kitchen to take your vitamins! โฃ
