What I did realize is how important in person accountability is. I knew this was important when I started but learned, even more, what a difference it makes for me. Even if I wasn’t on track all the time. It didn’t really change my perspective of food and how it relates to life and fitness. I had a pretty good understanding of and healthy relationship with food coming into this round of coaching. -BG
