I understand that making health a priority takes time and effort. I get that! I’m in the same boat as you are…
So many people feeling like it’s easy for me. They think it doesn’t take effort. That’s simply not true. Chad & I are “doing the things” that we ask each of you to do, EVERY SINGLE DAY also!
Many of you know that we own a window cleaning business also and our technicians often times question my expectations, and if they are realistic. And then they spend a day working with me! They experience the hustle, the drive and the push I put in and they then, really understand I am not asking them something that I am not willing to deliver myself!
The same is true here. I am making the effort, making the time and prioritizing my health every single day. I’m not perfect but the effort will always be there. Things will happen. That is the nature of the world we live in however I know that deciding to Elevate my health now means that I will less likely experience illness in the future!
