The more you repeat a behavior, the more you reinforce the identity associated with that behavior.
We are an accumulation of our habits.
What do our habits say about us?
Do they say that we are focused, committed, hard-working ?
Or perhaps, easily distracted, inclined to take the easy road, allergic to work?
It’s OK if our tendency or current habits or some of those things, but creating new habits and patterns, although challenging at first will soon be easier and easier the more we reinforce those patterns !
We are currently in a nutrition challenge, and it’s so awesome to see many of the participants sticking with new simple habits.
