Want to be mentally tough? Then stop doing these 5 things!

 

Stop feeling sorry for yourself – Complaining about something doesn’t make it any better.

Focus on what you can do about it.  You can not control some circumstances but you do control your response to them.

 

Stop giving your Power away – When you allow people or things to get you angry or fired up or alter your course you allow them to have your “power” and focus. Take back your power and let go of what others are doing or saying.  Be relentless & pursue your passion.

 

Stop being scared of Change – Everyday aim for the mindset to adapt, learn grow and improve all thru change.  Not it’s not easy or comfortable but the more you embrace change the less disrupting it will be.

 

Stop Playing Small – Swing for the fences!  Refuse to be average and understand within the pursuit of greatness, failure will happen! Even in striking out a time or two you will be steps ahead of most!  Take the leap!

 

Stop trying to control Everything! – There are a lot of things in life we can do nothing about.  Let those things go! Do not let them take one more minute of your mental real estate! Focus on what you can do today to move forward and let the rest go!
