Treat yourself with respect. Not food

This can be a tough one!

We celebrate with food.

We comfort with food.

We grieve with food.

We would all feel so much better if we could learn to respond to life‘s ups and downs with respect and intention toward own own bodies.

It’s not easy, but it can be done.

Journaling.

Using the emotional freedom technique or the steps of forgiveness.

Celebrating with activities our games instead of treats.

One step at a time. One day at a time. Habits will change slowing.
