Competitive athletes know that they are sacrificing some health in pursuit of winning at their sport. For them to be successful athletes they need to let go of that focus on Health in order to beat the competition. They have to have that laser focus and competitive drive. โฃ

What you do not need is massive amounts of volume. Super heavy days over and over or even super high rep gymnastics. Enjoy these things but excessive amounts of any of them is not necessary for health! โฃ
