Top 5 things you should be doing to support hormones when stress is high

We have a lot of clients under a LOT of stress right now and we are seeing it affect their hormones pretty substantially.  So when life gets stressful what can we do to make sure we are supporting our hormones in the best way possible?

Get 7-9 hours of sleep each day

Do not skip meals.  Roller coaster hormones and hangry make for a bad combo! 

Balance your Plate at each meal. Plenty of Protein. Smart Carbs. Healthy Fats

Gentle Movement. Go for a walk – outside if possible.

Supplement with some minerals. When stress is high it depletes our body of potassium and magnesium.  Supplementing with these can help to keep things in balance.
