One of the techniques for mountain biking is “look where you want to go”. Don’t focus on the trail right in front of you or what is behind….Look forward to that bank, the jump or big wall and focus on that.
The same is true for our health and fitness goals. Look forward focus on where you are headed not on where you have been or what is behind.
Can we learn from this….yes we can however simple use it as a reference and move on!
