Looking over this last year. Summit Health has had the opportunity now to help hundreds of people on their journey to better health, better performance and weight loss.
Some of those people have been uber successful!
Reaching their goals.
Changing their lives.
Feeling confident!
Feeling comfortable!
Some of those people have NOT. And that’s OK. There’s no judgment. But what pains me… they try and approach that they think will be the answer.
However, they don’t give it…
The effort.
The commitment.
The consistency.
And then in two months they feel the program doesn’t work or it’s just not right for them! They feel like their body is broken and they’re doomed to this life/size/track forever!
Stop it please!!!! Please stop looking for a program to be the answer. Looking for the quick fix, or the easy answer.

Lisa! That is beautiful! Those are 3 very impactful and important things! You can do this! You joy is so contagious but sometimes “behind the scenes” we are so hard on ourselves. Give yourself some grace and at the same time dig in and do the work! You CAN do this!
