Finish the sentence.  Do you experience back pain when doing certain movements at the gym? 

Chad recently met up with an athlete who said he was experiencing very consistent back pain almost 24 seven. But especially during training. He was seeing the chiropractor consistently getting massages and not getting any relief. Within a half an hour Chad had pinpointed what the foundational issue was and was able to prescribe some very simple things to help move him forward pain free. 

 

It’s not always this simple.  For him his tight hamstrings was really the foundational issue and working on mobility by lengthening the hamstring was able to take the strain off the low back.  

 

Being able to evaluate what the root cause of pain is, is so key in finding the solution.
