If I had to choose one thing that would part near guarantee success when we’re looking for weight loss, better health, or performance in the gym.
I would go all in on consistency!
I don’t get me wrong. If you’re eating like a garbage can. Training like an idiot. Or acting like your decisions don’t impact your health. You consistently continuing to do that is obviously not going to change anything. However you finding a plan that you’re committed to, that you feel like will shift the needle and that has some social proof. You sticking with that plan consistently will create more results than anything else!!
𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗬 𝗶𝘀 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚!
A lot of people are all in right now. It’s a new year. It’s a Monday. 2020 was a train wreck. They are all in. However I’d like you to consider going 80% to 90% towards your health and fitness goals, and sustaining that for the entire year.
As opposed to you going ALL IN…. Working out five days a week. Only eating lean meat and veggies. Cutting out sugar and anything processed. These goals in themselves are not bad. However we most often see they are not sustainable. We know that ship is going to sail in a week or two. 100% effort is not always realistic!
There are two ways where I’m a believer in this type of plan. One, you have a coach, you have someone keeping you accountable. You know this is short term. Maybe you need something to jumpstart, a kickstart, or make you feel really committed. So you get a little extreme and go all in. However, at the end of the day you have someone holding you accountable, knowing that in two weeks, and in two months, you don’t just get to throw in the towel. Whether you continue with that goal or refine it to make it more sustainable, you have someone keeping you on track.

Likely you will see results even if it’s not the perfect program, because the number one most important thing is.. your COMMITMENT and your CONSISTENCY!
