This was feedback from a client in their nutrition tracking spreadsheet. I am so proud of this lady. She is a busy mom. Working full time. Commuting. Nursing. Pumping. And she has made nutrition a priority and is truly seeing the benefits! I don’t only love her feedback because any success makes me so happy but I LOVE that she is seeing that consistency is key and that we DO NOT have to be perfect to see success. She is using our PROTEIN & CALORIE tracking method that we chatted about last week. It provides her the flexibility that she needs and for now she does not have a lot of time to cook so we have found some super simple grab and go or cookless options that she and her hubby love!
The other thing to note…even on an off day where she is not able to hit her protein goal she rarely if never goes over her calorie goal. So even there she’s VERY CONSISTENT! Could not be more proud of the hard work she is putting in. Keep it up lady! You’re an inspiration!
