Bad news is…means I will stay on this diet.
But hey, I love brussel sprouts.”
My response to this client’s message: There is no BAD NEWS the way I see it!
This feedback is from a 50+ year old male client who started work with me a couple months ago.
Something to note is that he does NOT track his food. He will humor me with photos once in a while but for the most part we have set perimeters and guidelines for what his plate should look like and what he should be consuming and he is FOLLOWING those guidelines!
That is the key! The Success is in the follow thru, not in the nutrition prescription.
He has leaned into all the protein! He eats a ton of veggies. He has let go of soda and found a love of Bubbly water.
