How to create a balanced meal

Sometimes simple is better!

Pinterest can be great and give us tons of inspiring and delicious recipes but sometimes keeping it simple is the easiest game plan.

When clients are newest Summit Health we encourage them to really keep it simple. Focus on a couple protein picks for the week a couple carbohydrate picks and then sprinkle in a variety of vegetables.
