For so many people right now, life has been a challenge and food has been a source of contention.
Why add that stressor, or fuel to the fire or another bump in an already unhealthy roller coaster ride. Find a better, more thoughtful way to show people you care. There are so many fun ideas out there.
Life’s hard! I get it! Aunt Betty is sick, how do I show her I hope she feels better? Grandma misses the grandkids. How can we make her feel not forgotten? Chocolates are one of aunt Betty’s favorites; grandma loves a good tin of cookies… Don’t get me wrong these aren’t inherently bad but might we do better?
Spend a little time, do some research and I know you will find a way to show your love and thoughtfulness besides food.
