It doesn’t matter what the excuses is:
I don’t have time.
I don’t like veggies.
I just crave sugar.
I don’t know how.
I don’t have the money.
I don’t have the energy.
Don’t fall into the trap! The trap of nothingness and despair filled with “should haves” and “could haves!”
We have to be disciplined enough to fight past the excuses and strengthen the muscles of determination and drive.
