Stress is one of the weekly Bio-Feedback things we address with each client each week.
A common exercise we often employ is the worry dump. Grab a piece of paper and write out all the things that are causing you stress or worry.
Now divide them into columns.
What are things that you can do something about?
What are the things you have no control over?
Now try to let go of the things you have no control over. Use the Steps of forgiveness or live and let lay. Whatever works best for you.

Create a plan.
Write it down.
Take Action.
It’s not easy. It takes effort but in the end far better for your mindset and your health.
