When it comes to bloating alcohol is the worst for me. If I am going to have a couple drinks I am guaranteed to be bloated the next day. Our bodies donโ€™t process alcohol sugars like they do natural sugars found in fruits and veggies so coming to understand that and either accept it or pass on those drinks has been super helpful! โฃ

As the body absorbs and converts โ€œnaturalโ€ foods into amino acids & energy, in turn it releases different hormones to help keep us satiated and full longer. I LOVE THIS! You also get more fiber from natural foods and that fiber helps with a happy gut and helps us to feel more full. โฃ
