A healthy solid foundation is so key!
What are you doing today to build a solid foundation?
We can build a beautiful home or building but if the foundation is shoddy or ill prepared in the end it will all come crumbling down. It is so key that you look at the SMALL SUSTAINABLE things that you can do each day to build that solid foundation in order to live the full healthy life that you desire.
Sit down – Take 3 minutes and write down 3 things you are doing now to strengthen your foundation of health.
They could be:
Exercising daily
Eating Protein at every meal
Eating a green veggie every day
Going to bed at a decent time
Not drinking caffeine past 2:00 pm
These things are so simple but will absolutely build a bulletproof foundation which is exactly what we want!
Now….take 2 Minutes and write down 1 thing that you want to incorporate or change to make your health even better!
