1 – Make a Hash – grab veggies and proteins stir fry with some potatoes and onions and there you have it. A kitchen sink hash fit for a king.
2- Make a soup – dice up those veggies and protein add some beans or rice and broth and there you have it. A kitchen sink soup fit for a queen.
3 – Make an Egg Bake – grab those veggies , proteins and left over cheeses and whip them up with a little eggs and cream and throw it in a pie crust or 12 X 9 and your set for great breakfasts or a simple delicious dinner!
4 – Make some grain bowls – take the veggies and protein add in some quinoa or rice and divide it up. Toss in some yummy spices or sauces and you have ready to roll protein bowls!
5 – Make a Mash Up Salad – Grab those grains, veggies and proteins and make a delicious chopped salad. Chop up cabbage or romaine and toss in your chopped leftovers and bam! Micros for days and deliciousness served up!
