First – Write down (do not skip this part)
1 NEW HEALTHY HABIT that you would like to incorporate.
Second – Put this somewhere that you will see it everyday!
Third – Write down what needs to be adjusted to make this work.
Fourth – Write down what might present a roadblock to this habit.
Fifth – Write down a solution to these roadblocks.
Sixth – GET TO WORK!
Summer is winding down, (I know I am super sad about this too) but with the slow down comes the opportunity for new healthier habits that were challenging with a hectic summer schedule! So here is a simple way to hack or make those new habits easier to incorporate!
Start with just one and then if it goes well, keep that train rolling and add another!
