I can’t drink 80 ounces of water, are you kidding me?!?

We hear this from clients. And then we see them crush :

A 12 oz latte – 228 calories

A 8 oz red bull – 112 calories

16 oz caramel macchiato – 132 calories

12 oz smoothie – 150 calories

8oz of red wine – 256 calories

A total of 878 calories and 56 ounces.

All of these things are just fine to keep enjoying and they do help but don’t tell me 80 oz is hard.

Its free! 

It HELPS you lose body fat.

It is ZERO calories 

And improves overall health! 

So drink up!
