This feedback from Kelli was so heart warming. This is exactly why we do what we do we want people to understand that they don’t have to be chronic dieters. Patsy perfection or Randi restriction! If we focus on habits, a balanced diet. Quality movement. And are consistent with those things while living our full busy lives we will truly see results that will last!!
