Do I try to scale back my calories and under eat or do I go all in and try to make up for what I was short?
In short – the answer is NO to both. Trying to make up for lost calories or restricting food because you “went over” the day before is a recipe for disaster. Evaluate what happened the day before. Why were you in the situation that you were in. LEARN THE LESSON and make adjustments so hopefully it does not happen again and move on. Make today the Best day it can be. Hit your targets and get RIGHT BACK ON TRACK.
Our bodies LOVE CONSISTENCY!
So when you have one day that is “OFF” and then create another intentionally, that is no good at all.
Simply get right back on track and you are one your way to see success!!!
